PSI combines authorized supply of leading case brands with in-house engineering, foam fabrication, systems integration, and custom case design — rotationally molded, injection molded, and aluminum construction.

Their process is application-led: customers describe what must be protected and what it must survive, and PSI specifies the right protective packaging approach for that mission. Case Supply & Distribution

Our operating companies are authorized dealers for the most trusted names in protective case manufacturing, including Pelican, Hardigg, SKB, and Nanuk. Customers have access to hundreds of configurations across lines designed for mission-critical use, mobility, harsh environments, and everyday equipment protection.

Custom Foam Interiors

In-house foam fabrication capabilities span precision CNC Routed, die-cut, water-jet, and hand-fabricated foam forming across a full range of materials — polyethylene, polyurethane, anti-static, and pick-n-pluck foam. Custom interiors are designed to fit specific equipment, applications, and environmental requirements, and can be developed from customer-supplied designs or engineered collaboratively from scratch.

Custom Case Engineering

Where off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient, our engineering team works with your team to design fully custom cases — rotationally molded, injection molded, aluminum, and wood composite construction — to meet exact dimensional, environmental, and performance specifications. 3D modeling, first-article sampling, and application review are standard elements of the custom engineering process.

Systems Integration

Our brands support integration of electronics, mounting hardware, power and data ports, shock mounts, removable racks, temperature-controlled interiors, wheels, breather valves, and custom branding into finished case systems. We deliver complete, deployment-ready packages rather than components requiring further assembly.
